Important – supervision of children/young people at our activities.
At ALL activities parents/carers must stay with their children.
We expect children/young people to be fully supervised by their parents/carers at all times.
WNAG has no supervisory staff
Gym Fun Sessions
At Alive Lynnsport, King’s Lynn.
West Norfolk Autism Group hires the gym at Alive Lynnsport during the school holidays. Our gym sessions are for children aged 3-15.
This is a play session with parents staying and joining in the fun! It is very popular and a great social opportunity. Siblings are welcome.
We also run separate sessions for individuals on the spectrum from age 16 and over.
Roller Skating
At Skaters, Walpole Highway
NAS West Norfolk Branch exclusively hires Skaters once a month.
Our roller skating sessions are for anyone aged 5 years old and over, including siblings. Skate frames are available to hire.
This is a relaxed session with parents staying and joining in the fun – on skates if they want to!
Swimming Fun Sessions
Downham Market Leisure Centre, Hudson Leisure Centre Wisbech, Oasis Hunstanton
NAS West Norfolk Branch hires out swimming pools for the private use of our members around once a month: we alternate between Downham Market, Hunstanton and Wisbech to cover a wider area.
The focus is completely on having fun and the pool is equipped with all different sized floats for families to use, including the really large ones to lie on. We guarantee that the pool will never be packed as numbers are restricted to a maximum of 29 people (adults and children including siblings).

All members and their families are welcome. If your child is not sure about going in the pool you are also welcome to just come and watch free of charge.
Farmer Fred’s Adventure Barn
At Caley Mill, Lynn Rd, PE31 7JE
NAS West Norfolk Branch hires the soft play centre Farmer Fred’s for exclusive use of our members. Farmer Fred’s is based at Norfolk Lavender and is probably the largest of its kind in East Anglia!
A crazy fun filled maze of slides, tunnels, walkways and bridges, the kitchen is also open for you to purchase hot food, drink and snacks if you wish.
This is a play session with parents staying and joining in the fun! It is very popular and a great social opportunity. Siblings are welcome.
We also hold separate play sessions for members aged 14 years to adult.
Sound Bath

Bushcraft Sessions
Kingfisher Bushcraft
Building shelters, making fires, water play, toasting marshmallows and hot dogs, some of us even try some real “bush tucker” crickets and locusts!
The bushcraft is run as 1 session for ages 6 and over.
Activities for Adults
Sessions for 16 years old to adult are also held separately at Lynnsport Gym, Farmer Freds and Bushcraft sessions.
We also subsidise an adults steak night, plus well-being pamper sessions where carers can have time out to relax and de-stress and for our adult members to attend.
Sensory Room and Soft Play Room at Churchill Park School
Monthly sessions at Churchill Park School in Kings Lynn.
Due to very limited space we have 2 age groups of only members with autism each: this means sorry no siblings without ASD at these sessions please. Each age group has time in both rooms, swapping after 2 hours.
We will also have access to a classroom where we can have refreshments and chill out in a calm space with peers.
